Listen-In, Barge, Whisper on a Call

Scope
Outlines how to Listen-In, Barge and Whisper into a call.

Requirements
- Office Manager Access to Manager Portal
Listen-In on a Call
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- Click the Home tab

- In the Current Active Calls select the Listen In icon next to the desired call

- A call to your device will initiate automatically, and a call pop-up will appear at the bottom of the Managers Portal
Barge in on a Call
- In the call pop-up from the Listen-In, click Join Call - This will add you to the call so both parties can hear you.

Whisper in on a Call
- In the call pop-up from the Listen-In, click Whisper - This will allow only the internal extension to hear you. You can only whisper to internal extensions.
