Outline creating time frames. Time frames are used in conjunction with Answering Rules to configure call routing.

  1. Manager Portal Access
    1. Basic User - Create time frames for their user.
    2. Office Managers - Create time frames for users or account.

Create a Time Frame

Warning
Time Frame CANNOT contain the word "forward"
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal
  2. Click "Time Frames"
  3. Select Time Frame type
    1. Domain - Usable across the domain / account
    2. User - Time Frame for a specific user
  4. Click Add Time Frame
  5. Enter a descriptive name for the time frame
  6. Select the Time Frame type
  7. Configure options
  8. Click Save

  2. Specific Dates

  3. Holidays

  4. Custom
