Addressing the Email

Idea
Email To Address: <11-Digit Fax Number>@FireFax.tel
  1. Using the email client of your choice (Outlook, Gmail, etc) compose a new email message.
  2. In the To address field enter the full 11-digit fax number you are sending to @FireFax.tel
    Ex: Sending a fax to (456) 555-1212 - 14565551212@FireFax.tel
  3. Faxes sent via FireFax Email2Fax will NOT show in the Sent section of the Manager Portal

Cover Page

  1. Cover pages are NOT required
  2. The body of the email message will be converted to the fax cover page.
  3. Cover page fields:
    1. To - Populated with the destination fax number from the email to field
    2. From - Populated with the email / fax sender's name
    3. Subject - Populated from the email subject field

Attachments

  1. Attachments will be processed as the actual fax being sent.
  2. Single or multiple files are supported.
  3. Single or multiple file types are supported in a single fax.

Total attachment / document file size is 10MB
  1. Image Files (TIFF, GIF, PNG, JPEG)
  2. Adobe Portable Document Files (PDF)
  3. Microsoft Office Files (DOC, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX)
