Step 1 - Create Your Manager Portal Account

Via Welcome Email

Whitelist our email address - notify@FireComm.tel
  1. If you received a Welcome Email, click the link in the email to setup your account.
    1. The Welcome Email links expire after 7 days.
    2. If your Welcome Email expires, you can create your account via the Manager Portal
  2. Welcome Email Details:
    1. Sender - notify@FireComm.tel
    2. Subject - Welcome to FireComm Communications

  1. Using any web browser navigate to the FireComm Manager Portal
    1. Click "Are you a new user?"
  2. Fill in your email address and extension if you know it.
  3. You should receive a Welcome Email shortly.
    1. If you do not receive a Welcome Email
      1. Check your junk folder
      2. Confirm with your account manager they have the correct email address.

Step 2 - Log into FireComm Manager Portal

  1. Navigate to the FireComm Manager Portal
  2. You must login with your login name and password to setup SSO
  3. Enter your login name and password

    2. Enter your PIN (Setup during you user setup)
      1. Default PIN - 3473
    3. Follow the prompts
  2. From a different extension
    1. Dial 9900
    2. Enter your extension when prompted for account
    3. Enter your PIN (Setup during you user setup)
      1. Default PIN - 3473
