How to setup voicemail to email.

Requirements
  1. Access to Manager Portal
  2. To update other users - Office Manager access is needed

Configure for Your User

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal.
  2. Click on your name at the top right corner, then select the "Messages". 
  3. Navigate to the "Settings" tab.

  4. Scroll to the "Email notifications" section and choose the desired option (detailed below).

  5. Click "Save" to apply the settings

Configure for Another User

  1. Log in to your Manager Portal.
  2. Select the "Users" tab and choose the specific user for whom you want to enable voicemail-to-email.

  3. Click on the "Voicemail" tab associated with the selected user.

  4. Scroll to the "Email notifications" section and choose the desired option (detailed below).

  5. Click "Save" to apply the settings.

Email Notification Options

  1. Send With Hyperlink
    1. Sends an email notification with a hyperlink to a recording of the voicemail.
    2. This option will not include Caller ID or the caller's number, as this is the HIPAA compliant solution.
  2. Send w/ Attachment (Leave as New)
    1. Send email notification with the recording as an attachment to the email and then leaves the voicemail as a new voicemail on the phone and the portal.
    2. This option will include Caller ID and the callers number.
  3. Send w/ Attachment (Move to Saved)
    1. Send an email notification with the recording as an attachment to the email and then moves the voicemail to the saved folder on the phone and the portal.
  4. Send w/ Attachment (Move to Trash)
    1. Send an email notification with the recording as an attachment to the email and then moves the voicemail to the trash on the phone and the portal.
